Nowadays ornithobacteriosis is widespread among industrial poultry in Ukraine and the world. The disease leads to significant economic losses. large variation serotypes of bacteria complicates treatment disease. study microscopic changes that occur organs during will help better understand pathogenesis development. Ornithobacteriosis was diagnosed clinically sick broiler chickens by bacteriological studies using Maldi Tof mass-spectrometry. As a result antibiotic sensitivity test, pathogen found be sensitive doxycycline, tilmicosin, rifampicin, cefazolin, amoxiclav benzylpenicillin. Histological internal – trachea, lungs, heart, kidneys, liver spleen were carried out.
